Master Longfei Yang
Master Longfei Yang started his training at the age of 6 in the Hohhot (Inner-Mongolia) Wu Shu team discipline of contemporary Wu Shu. This early training included forms, weapons and fighting skills. He also studied Tai Chi Chuan and “pushing hands” under his grandfather, Yang Jian Jiou, a traditional Chinese doctor and general of the Taiwanese army who had a strict and intensive daily regimen of training.
He then started focusing on hard external Wu Shu styles including the Shaolin “Iron Palm”, “Iron Fist” and ”Iron Body”. He also studied extensively Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do, “the Drunken Fighter”. A feature length documentary is currently in progress starring Master Longfei Yang, focusing on his travels to a hidden temple deep in the Amazon rainforest of Colombia to train kung fu students for an international Martial Arts Competition.
Our main purpose is to carry forward and further inherit traditional culture, specifically with excellent traditional martial arts and traditional Chinese medicine and health preservation experience along with other skills to serve the community. Through our efforts to spread and promote globally, we have reached more than 10,000 people.
Over the past three years, I have collaborated with some of my kung fu students and the New York Queens Senior Activity Center to develop my transformative technique. Targeting elderly ranged from 60 to 100 years old, we have studied, researched and tested until we discovered the best, most effective exercise plan. It was designed so the elderly may live easier and happier simply through
easy-to-learn to learn Tai Chi health exercises which could, in a short period of time, provide health benefits. Today’s course content and overall model has already proven to be very stable and successful, utilized by hundreds of seniors in 13 centers to this day.

Master Ren, Bai Chuan 任済字百川 (founder) was born in 1858 in Shanxi province, China. He was raised in a well educated family where he was taught traditional Chinese medicine. At 15 he became a student of a monk Jiao Lun and learned Shanxi Mantis Kung Fu. He showed natural talent and quickly rose to be the best student the monks had ever taught. After mastering Shanxi Pray Mantis he returned to his home village where he met Gong, Zhi Xi and Chen, Chiang who were famous masters in their respective styles. They became good friends and shared their knowledge of the different styles they had acquired. They combined the best aspects of their styles and kept the Mantis as the core.
